Q How can we buy products ?
A Simply let us know the reference number of products in which you are interested. You can contact us via E-mail, fax, or letter. On receiving the inquiry our sales manager will contact you with all your request prices.

Q What is method of Payment ?
A We prefer advance payments, L/C and also T/T payment on the time of shipment..

Q What is delivery time of shipment ?
A Usually we dispatch the samples with in 1 to 2 weeks time. Time of quantity shipment is about 2 to 3 weeks depending upon quantity of order.

Q What is type of stamping on products ?
A Usually our customers like screen printing on their ordered goods. Any company's logo can also be stitched on the products.

Q Give us some packaging details ?
A Usually each and every product is packed in polyethylene bags ,then these products are packed in card board boxes.

Q Can we have free samples ?
A Every day we are receiving number of inquiries from all over the world. So we prefer you to give us your courier Account no., This strategy is only for our new customers, For our regular customers we are providing the samples free of any cost.

Q What to do if the product you are looking for is not given on our web site ?
A If you have any new design of product that is not given on our web site, you can send us sample for duplication ,or simply give us reference from any web site or you can send us picture of that product. Hopefully you will be satisfied with our quality working and price of the same products.

Q What is minimum quantity order ?
